Made with grapes from the McLaren Vale, Barossa Valley, and Riverland regions using the Charmat (or Italian) method to produce this wonderful sparkling wine.  The palate has hints of mulberries, black pepper, and subtle vanilla oak with a nicely rounded spicy fruit sweetness, and a lingering dry finish.  The perfect party wine!

The Henry Martin Story

The Henry Martin story began in 1858 when Henry Martin purchased the land that became Stonyfell vineyards.  He later became president of the Wine Growers Association of South Australia.  In the late 1800’s Stonyfell wines were exported back to Paris and England were they won many gold medals and awards.  Now, over 150 years later, the Henry Martin brand is in new hands that are committed to upholding the long established tradition of bringing quality Australian wine to the world, and are incorporating a unique new style.  This Sparkling Shiraz represents Australia’s flagship grape, but with a fun, sparkling twist.
