This exceptional wine was whole-berry fermented to retain a copious amount of fruit flavor. Aged in French and American Oak barrels for almost three years, this Cab is full bodied with flavors of cherries and blackberries, violets and cedar on the nose, soft tannins and low acid. It has character, is friendly and delicious, and pairs perfectly with meat off the grill.
