Convento Logo
Maule Valley, Chile

The name Convento Viejo, meaning Old Convent, references colonial history when Christian missionaries brought the first grapevines to Chile. The convents housed both the birth of the country's spirituality and the first wines. Convento Viejo’s vineyards are located in San Javier in the Maule Valley which has excellent micro climate conditions of rainy winters, dry summers, sunny days, and cool nights.
