2006 Mustang Sally Shiraz

100% Shiraz             Alcohol: 13.5%           Total Cases Produced: 1000
A soft spicy Shiraz with earthy fruit characters.  The palate shows light berry flavors
with sweet soft tannins and a gentle finish.  Not designed to put in the cellar,
but to drink now on any occasion and especially with no nonsense chop and sausage barbeque.


2007 Three’s Company GSM

52% Grenache, 28% Shiraz, 20% Mouvedre           Alcohol: 13.5%        
Total Cases Produced: 1,000

All three grape varietals were hand-picked from 30 year old vines. 
The lightly scented characters of the Grenache grape when blended with the fruity Shiraz
and the soft, plumy Mouvedre create a medium bodied wine with a medley of flavors,
aged in oak for 6 months.


2004 Black Sheep

42% Shiraz, 38% Malbec, 20% Merlot            Alcohol: 13.5%

An unusual blend of varieties to produce an easy drinking wine of medium structure
with a medley of fruit characters. 


2005 Thoroughbred Cabernet Sauvignon

100% Cabernet Sauvignon              Alcohol: 13.7%           Total Cases Produced: 2,000
Beautifully structured and elegant, rather than overpowering this wine has blackcurrant
and plum characters, fine tannins and a soft finish.  The wine drinks extremely well now,
but will reward patience if cellared over several years.  Won the Cuno Pacific Trophy
at the Barossa Valley Wine Show, and the 2004 Thoroughbred received 90 points
from both the Wine Enthusiast and Wine Spectator in 2008.

2006 Silent Partner Cabernet Sauvignon

100% Cabernet Sauvignon              Alcohol: 14.0%

Named for Jim Lambert’s former business partner who helped him build a successful
company in the US.  Silent Partner has a softness unusual to Cabernet;
described as plumy with light blueberry flavors and a sweet minty character
with soft velvety tannins.  Aged in fine grained American oak Hogshead for 18 months,
this wine is firm and elegant with a rich finish. 


2005 The Family Tree Shiraz

100% Shiraz             Alcohol: 14.5%           Total Cases Produced: 640
Super premium, estate reserve chosen from a single vineyard- only the best fruit is selected! 
Matured in new American oak for 15 months then bottled and allowed to rest. 
Rich in fruit with velvety tannins and a lingering soft finish.  Incredibly rich in flavors now,
the wine will continue to improve and develop a velvety texture with age. 
Awarded Bronze medals in both the Barossa Wine Show and Australian Small Winemakers Show,
and given 90 points by the James Halliday Wine Companion


Tawny Port                Alcohol: 16.5%           Total Cases Produced: 1,000

Choc-a-bloc is a luscious dessert wine, made using a fortified tawny wine base that is typically comprised of Shiraz, Grenache, and Mataro.  The port is aged for 5 years and seeped with chocolate.  A pleasant accompaniment with sweets or coffee.  Great to sip on with friends.  Chocoholics beware!

Life’s too short to drink bad wine.”  This proverb is illustrated daily in the Stanley Lambert vineyards and is apparent in every sip of Stanley Lambert wine.  The Stanley Lambert vision was established in 2004 when the Lambert family of Wisconsin purchased the Barossa Valley vineyard and teamed with expert winemaker Lindsay Stanley.  The result was a family owned business intent on bringing premium wine to customers worldwide as directly as possible.  Stanley Lambert favorites such as the “Thoroughbred Cab” can be found in fine restaurants all over the world, while the elegant “Silent Partner” adds value to any cellar, and the unique Choc-a-Block has established a cult following tantalizing wine drinkers and chocoholics alike. 

The Barossa Valley is Australia’s richest and most famous wine growing region featuring a dry Mediterranean climate perfectly suited to wine production.  It also boasts 150 years of viticulture knowledge and tradition, and is one of the world’s largest collections of old vines untouched by phylloxera. 

The Stanley Lambert vineyard contains 17 unique soil types which support 10 different types of grapes planted across 40 acres of rolling hills scattered with ancient gum trees; the oldest vines were planted before 1960.  All work on the vineyard is done by hand including picking and pruning of over 40,000 vines to ensure the highest quality.  Stanley Lambert is also currently in the process of achieving ISO accreditation which employs green and modern technologies.  All these elements combine with the knowledge and passion of the winemakers to create unique award winning wines and ensure that only the best wine will be enjoyed in this short life.
